• When applying underglazes and glazes, make sure each coat is thoroughly dry before applying the next coat.
  

• If older underglazes are not adhering correctly, it may be necessary to add a gum solution along with the water when thinning them out. 

• When attaching handles and other additions, thoroughly score both surfaces and attach by applying "Magic Water".  (See formula below)
